Immerse yourself in the unspoiled wilderness
Ximuwu is privately owned land within the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve. The Klaserie Reserve borders the world-famous Kruger National Park. The borders between the Klaserie Reserve and Kruger National Park are unfenced, allowing animals to move freely around both reserves.
Ximuwu’s private nature reserve is home to all of the Big 5 African animals (lions, leopards, rhinos, elephants, and African buffalo), cheetahs and wild dogs, to name a few.
The exclusivity of Ximuwu Lodge allows our guests a rare opportunity to experience the unspoiled wilderness of South Africa in their own time and on their own terms, without the need to compete with other guests for the best viewing points, photography spots, or game drive tracks. It is one of the few truly exclusive safari lodges in Africa.

Direct flights to Hoedspruit Eastgate Airport are available from both Johannesburg and Cape Town.
Our staff will welcome you at Hoedspruit and transport you to the lodge.
Guests with private air travel are welcome to fly directly to Ximuwu Airstrip.
